So why do I encourage everyone to try it?
Very simple, the feeling you get after your Yin practice is simply amazing!
So let’s start with explaining what Yin yoga actually is.
Yin Yoga poses are slow, deep passive floor poses where you hold the poses for longer. Anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes (or more) for each pose.
It generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
It also relaxes the muscles and clears the mind.
This type of yoga practise is also great for recovery from injuries.
